Veteran’s Lunch
In honor of our Veterans, Etowah Water & Sewer Authority will be hosting a luncheon for Veterans and a guest on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 1 pm at the Dawson County Junior High School located at 332 GA-9, Dawsonville. The Veterans Affairs of Dawson County will have a ceremony and parade following the luncheon.
Rivers Alive
River Clean Up
Last year, 25,200 volunteers from all over Georgia cleaned up 1,294 miles of waterways, collecting 534,400 pounds of debris from our waterways!
Meet us at Etowah Water & Sewer Authority at 9:00am to continue the efforts to keep our beautiful waterways clean!
Rivers Alive is Georgia’s annual volunteer waterway cleanup event that targets all waterways in the State including streams, rivers, lakes, beaches, and wetlands. The mission of Rivers Alive is to create awareness of and involvement in the preservation of Georgia’s water resources.
Relay For Life
At Relay For Life events, no one faces cancer alone. We come together every year at more than 2,500 Relay events around the country to support and celebrate survivors and caregivers.
Join us this year for a fun filled evening to support our local Relay For Life charity. You can’t miss the Etowah Water & Sewer Authority tent- we’ll have a bounce house, drinks, popcorn, and cotton candy! Don’t miss it!
