ACH Payments
WANT TO RECEIVE A STATEMENT CREDIT?
Any customer that signs up for recurring ACH payments will receive their deposit as a credit on their statement. If the ACH payment is canceled at any time, the deposit will be recollected.
Please follow the steps below to sign up.
- Visit etowahwaterga.gov and click Pay My Bill
- Create and online account or sign in to your account
- Click Payment Methods
- Add payment method
- Add check information
- Click Stored Method Consent
- Save
- Click Autopay
- Click Add
- Select the day and month
- Add the payment method you just entered and save autopay plan
- Customer Service will apply your deposit to your account at the end of the month.
