Add / Discontinue Service
New Water Service:
Please fill out the online application for new service. Make sure you read and understand the “terms and agreement”. Please make sure all information is filled out correctly. Please note that applications will NOT be accepted or water service will NOT be turned on without all requested information. Once we receive your application, please allow 24 hours for us to process. Once the application is processed, a customer service representative will contact you with a deposit amount and any other associated fees. This amount will be DUE at this time or the service application will be denied.

Discontinuation of Account:
When you have sold your home, no longer renting, or your home is in foreclosure and you no longer need service with us, you can contact our office at (706) 216-8474 to cancel your service. We will need a final reading date, and a forwarding address. Please note that you have to fill out all requested information or your request will be denied.
