Engineering/Construction

The Engineering and Construction Department oversees all engineering and construction activities for the Etowah Water and Sewer Authority. We, as a dedicated team, assure that water and sanitary sewer extensions are constructed according to our Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Standard Specifications. We work with developers, design engineers, and utility contractors on public and private community development projects during project conception, plan review, construction, inspections, and final acceptance.
